Select the ‘Meetings’ tile on the Services page. A list of meetings will be displayed.
These are the meetings for which you are listed as a meeting attendee. If any meetings are missing, please contact HTASupportUnit@health.gov.au.
To view the details for a specific meeting, either click on the meeting name hyperlink or select ‘View details’ from the drop-down menu (‘˅’) to the right of the meeting information row.
When the user opens the meeting, the drop-down menu (‘˅’) to the right can be clicked to expand the:
‘Meeting details;’
‘Meeting papers’ to access meeting papers via SharePoint; and
‘Conflicts of Interest.’
Note: If you have not accessed meetings via the HPP before, the 'Meeting papers', and 'Conflicts of Interest' accordions will be inaccessible, and the meetings page will prompt you to link to SharePoint. Press 'click here' and follow the SharePoint instructions in a new tab. Once complete, return to the HPP and refresh your page. This should open access to the rest of the meeting details.
