Where your access permits, select the ‘Evaluation case ID’ hyperlink to view the Evaluation case and associated submission and evaluation case documents.
Step 1. View evaluation case details and documents
The Evaluation documents page provides some information associated with the submission. Documentation associated with the submission (such as any documents provided with the original submission) can be accessed via the Supporting documents section located at the bottom of the page. Selecting any of the links displayed in the Supporting documents section will enable you to view and download any documents associated with the selected folder.
You can also select the Download all link to download a copy of all available documents (across all folders) for saving and viewing offline.
Step 2. Upload evaluation documents
The Submit documents page allows the attachment of documentation. Once attached, documents can be submitted to the Department for review.
To attach a document, first select one of the available links as highlighted above. A separate window will open to attach any documents. Select the Add files button to attach one or multiple documents as required. The total size of ALL attached documents should be no larger than 50MB in size.
For documents that are larger than 50MB in size, select the Add large files button to attach documents (this option supports the attachment of documents up to a total maximum size of 15GB).
Step 3. Delete evaluation documents
Documents that have been attached (but not yet submitted) can be removed and replaced with another document as required.
To delete a document, first select a link from the Submit documents page to open the relevant document upload page. Select Delete from the drop-down menu as shown below to delete any previously attached documents.
Step 4. Submit evaluation documents
Select the Submit button to submit any attached documents to the Department.
The document status will be updated to ‘Submitted’ to indicate the documents have been successfully sent to the Department for consideration.
