Within the Services page, click the Applications tile. This will display all applications drafted and lodged by your organisation within the HPP.
On the Applications page, click the drop-down arrow next to the relevant draft you would like to duplicate. This will display a drop-down menu. From the drop-down menu, click ‘Duplicate’. This will display a pop-up message. Click ‘Confirm’. This will bring up the Terms and Conditions page.
Read and accept the terms and conditions and select ‘Start submission’. This will duplicate the information and return you to the Applications page. The new duplicate is displayed at the top of the page.
Within the Applications page, click the reference number of the new duplicate draft. This will open the draft for editing.
Within the form sections, review, update and complete all mandatory and applicable optional fields (including attached supporting documents) and lodge by the relevant cut-off date.
When submitting where the cut-off date has passed, text must be included in the ‘Please provide details about the proposed effective date’ field.
