All evaluators can manage Declarations of Interests via the ‘Interests’ tile on the Services page.
On this page:
You can download a copy of current and expired Declarations of Interests. From the Interest page (for navigation see step 1 in this section), go to the Declaration of Interests you are interested in (top of the list will be the most recent), click on the blue drop-down menu (‘˅’) to the right of the grid to open the option menu for each individual record of Declaration of Interests and select the ‘Download’ option. Follow the prompts to download the PDF file to your browser.
If a new Declaration of Interests is started but is not submitted in the same session, a draft version of the Declaration will be saved for users to resume at the next opportunity. The Declaration of Interests will have a ‘Draft’ status, and users can complete the Declaration at any time by selecting the ‘Resume draft Declaration’ button or by selecting the drop-down menu and selecting ‘edit.’ There can only be one draft Declaration of Interests at any time.
A Declaration of Interests is only valid for a year and must be resubmitted annually. Users will receive an email notification one month prior to their Declaration of Interests’ expiry and another email when it is expired. A user with an expired Declaration of Interests will have no access to the evaluations and correspondence tabs in the HPP. A ribbon will appear notifying the user of the expiry, prompting them to complete a new Declaration of Interests.
