General Request for AEMP information
From the 'Applications' tile within the HPP, start a new 'Request for AEMP' submission. A Request for AEMP can be lodged independently of a submission (i.e., not related to an existing lodged submission), or used to update the pricing details of an existing lodged submission.
To update an existing submission, on the Submission details page of the Request for AEMP, select 'Yes' to the question 'Is this related to a previously lodged Pricing Offer Package, New Brand or List Management Service Request?'. Select the magnifying glass within the search bar for the question 'Please select the lodgement this Request for AEMP relates to' and find your related New Brand, List Management Service Request or Pricing Offer Package submission. This will pre-fill information from the linked submission.
Once linked, you’ll have the ability to update details such as your proposed effective date and product information by navigating through the pages within the form.
Once you have made all relevant updates, lodge your submission via the Declaration page.
Please note that a Request for AEMP must be lodged by an Authorised Representative of your organisation. This can be managed via the Organisation profile which can be accessed through the Services page. For more information see Managing members.
The Request for AEMPs will be shown in the Application’s grid. Request for AEMPs that are linked to another application, will be displayed as HPP00001 (HPP00001), where the submission reference in the brackets will be for the linked application (see screenshot below). A lodged Request for AEMP can also be resubmitted, duplicating the previous Request for AEMP into a new draft application.
The reference hyperlink will take you to the progress summary page for the original application, where the requested listing details will reflect the updated information, and the submission history grid will include the Request for AEMP. The Request for AEMP submission summary can be downloaded from the submission history grid.
