From the All applications page within the HPP, start a new Request for AEMP application.
On the Submission details page of the application, select 'Yes' to the question 'Is this related to a previously lodged Pricing offer package, New brand or List management service request?'. Select the magnifying glass within the search bar for the question 'Please select the lodgement this Request for AEMP relates to' and find your related New Brand, List Management Service Request or Pricing Offer Package submission.
Once linked, you’ll have the ability to update details such as your proposed effective date and product information by navigating through the pages within the form.
Please note when updating the 'Proposed effective price', you may also need to update the 'Proposed effective price for pack size' field within the Pack size pop-up.
If you have made edits to pricing details or pack details, you may need to click the ‘Calculate proposed price for pack(s)’ button to continue.
Supply assurance dates can be updated from the ‘Product details’ in the pop-up for editing the product information.
Please note that you cannot add new brands within a Request for AEMP and this will require a new New Brand application.
You can add or edit your proposed listings for a brand from the ‘Product details’ page of the Request for AEMP.
If required, you are still able to resubmit a New Brand application.
List Management Service Request
Please note that you cannot add new products within a Request for AEMP and this will require a new List Management Service Request application.
If required, you are still able to resubmit a List Management Service Request application.
Once you have made all relevant updates, lodge your submission via the Declaration page.
Please note that a Request for AEMP must be lodged by an Authorised Representative of your organisation. This can be managed via the Organisation profile which can be accessed through the Services page. For more information see Managing members.
