Within a new correspondence, select the lodgement you wish to withdraw and select ‘Withdraw request’ from the Correspondence category drop-down menu. Once you have filled in the details of your request, click ‘Submit’.

Once your request has been actioned by the department, you will receive a correspondence and the status will update on your view.
