Navigate to the lodgement progress report for the relevant application. See Viewing lodgements made via the HPP.
Within the lodgement progress page, navigate to the Applicant related documents sub-heading and locate the 'PICO confirmation folder' to view the PICO confirmation. To submit your response, locate the 'Pre-PASC response' or 'Post-PASC response' folder as required. To upload your response, click on the drop-down arrow for the relevant folder and click 'Submit'.
Please ensure you upload all required documentation before selecting 'Save and close'. Once submitted, the status will update to 'Download only' and you will be unable to add further documentation.
