All Evaluators can view correspondence via the ‘Correspondence’ tile on the Services page. All correspondence consists of one ‘Request’ and (if applicable) one ‘Response'.
- Correspondence requiring a response will be indicated by a
(flag icon).
- Correspondence not requiring a response will be indicated by an
(information icon).
Download correspondence attachments:
A response can only be provided to a correspondence if specified by the department and within the due date. Please note, the HPP will not allow a response to be sent when the correspondence status is Closed.
Please note, correspondence is set to send to the Department on behalf of your Evaluation organisation and must be in relation to an evaluation case allocated to your Evaluation organisation.
