General users’ experience enhancements
Enhanced file management: Committee members can now access, view online and bulk download files via SharePoint without timing out. Meeting papers will be visible in the committee member’s SharePoint when (1) the Secretariat has shared those papers with the committee members, and (2) the committee member has an access granted status for those agenda items. Documents are still accessible via the current system whilst the SharePoint system is rolled out.
Updating contact details for lodged applications: Industry users can now update their own applicant contact details for lodged HPP applications. Please see Managing contact details on a lodgement for further information.
Company Details are now mandatory: For industry users, company details are now required – specifically those fields that capture publicly available information:
Company website
Customer service contact number
Customer service email address
Improved application progress and correspondence interface: Industry users can now view progress pages on all application types by selecting the hyperlinked application number. Correspondences are now readable from the application progress pages.
Amended view for evaluators: The evaluations grid has been amended to include additional information to assist with Conflicts of Interest (COI) declarations:
For Prescribed List (PL) evaluations - Application type (Tier 1/2/3), PART A/B/C, Compression, and Expansion
For Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) evaluations – Drug, Indication and Submission Purpose
For Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC) evaluations- Application organisation name and MSAC application ID
Bulk update when No Conflicts of Interest (COI) to declare: Evaluators can now select 'No COIs to declare' in bulk when they have no conflicts for all evaluations with ‘Review required’ status.
Declaration of Interest (DOI) updates:
Users can now save draft DOI forms and resume them later within the system.
Users will receive an email notification one month before their DOI expires and when their DOI expires.
Updates to Prescribed List (PL) functionality
Industry users can now add ARTG and MBS items after they have submitted their application.
