Contacts are added via the Contact details page within all HPP lodgements. Type in the name of the organisation member or agent you wish to add as a contact.

All contacts must be registered in the HPP and linked to the organisation to be added as a contact. For more information refer to Managing members and Updating organisation details.

All contacts will receive notifications through email about correspondence or invoices, where applicable, regarding the lodgement .

You can update your contacts post lodgement through correspondence.

Are you applying on behalf of an organisation, or as an individual?

Every individual who logs into the HPP does so on behalf of an organisation. An MSAC application can be lodged on behalf of an organisation or an individual, so the purpose of this question is to determine if the applicant is you as an individual, or you representing an organisation.

Is the applicant organisation the organisation you are representing in the HPP today?

The organisation you are representing in the HPP is the organisation you selected when you first logged into the HPP today. If the applicant organisation is not the organisation you are representing in the HPP, you will be required to provide the following details for the applicant organisation, so that they can be included in the MSAC application process:

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Applicant organisation name
  • Applicant contact name
  • Contact phone
  • Contact email

Please add one or more application contacts

One primary contact must be added. This is to enable the Department to address key correspondence to one individual, where applicable. All correspondence from the Department sent through the HPP will be sent to both primary and secondary applicant contacts
