All committee members can view correspondence via the ‘Correspondences’ tile on the Services page. 

All correspondence consists of one ‘Request’ and (if applicable) one ‘Response.’ 

  • Correspondence requiring a response will be indicated by a(flag icon).

  • Correspondence not requiring a response will be indicated by an  (information icon) and the message ‘This correspondence is for your information only; no response is required.’

A response can only be provided to a correspondence if the option to respond is specified by the department and is within the due date. Please note, the HPP will not allow a response to be sent when the correspondence status is Closed.

Please note, correspondence sent to the Department must be in relation to a meeting and agenda item that you have been invited to.
