Navigate to the lodgement progress report for the relevant submission. See Viewing lodgements made via the HPP.
Within the lodgement progress page, navigate to the Applicant related documents sub-heading and locate the 'Pre-committee response' folder. To upload your pre-committee response, click on the drop-down arrow and click 'Submit'.
Please ensure you upload all required documentation before selecting 'Save and close'. Once submitted, the status will update to 'Download only' and you will be unable to add further documentation.
