Within the progress summary page, navigate to the Applicant related documents sub-heading. Here you will find a grid with all the relevant documents/folders that have been shared with the organisation for this application.

Some folders will be download only. If a response is required, a separate folder will usually be shared for the industry user to upload into.
To upload a document, click on the drop-down arrow and click 'Upload'. This will open a pop-up upload window.

Please ensure you upload all required documentation before selecting 'Save and close'. Once submitted, the status will update to 'Download only' and you will be unable to add further documentation.
The Department will be automatically notified once any documentation is submitted via an applicant related folder.
