Before you can access the HPP, you will need to setup up Digital ID. Digital ID is an online method of confirming your ID. Your Digital ID, such as myID, will need to be linked to an organisation in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). Digital ID, such as my ID, is a secure way to prove who you are online. RAM is a secure online service that allows you to act on behalf of an organisation online when linked with your Digital ID.
Sign in to the HPP and create your HPP profile
Once you’ve created your Digital ID and linked it to an organisation using RAM you are ready to sign into the HPP.
Your HPP profile will be automatically created once you have successfully logged in to the HPP and have accepted the Terms and Conditions for the first time.
On first sign-in, your personal profile will be populated with your name and email address from your myID, please note this information can be changed and will not impact future sign-ins to the HPP.
Navigate to the HPP sign in page, and click ‘Continue with Digital ID’.
If you are associated with more than one organisation in RAM, please ensure you select the same organisation in RAM that you initially used to set up HPP access. If you represent multiple organisations in the HPP you will be able to select the organisation you wish to represent at a later step. Please refer to Signing into the HPP for more info.
Within the Search bar to select an organisation to represent. You must click ‘Select’ and then ‘Confirm’ to progress to the ‘Services’ page for the selected organisation.
If you represent multiple organisations in the HPP and would like to change who you are representing in the HPP, you can do so at any time by clicking ‘Personalise your session’ in the top left-hand corner or click the drop down against your organisation’s name in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Change who I am acting as’.
If the organisation you have previously been associated with doesn’t appear on the ‘Personalise your session’ page, please contact HPP.Suppport@health.gov.au.
