Once you’ve created your Digital Identity and linked it to an organisation using RAM, you will be able to sign into the HPP by following the steps in Accessing the HPP.
To select the organisation you wish to represent in the HPP, click the search icon within the Search bar to select an organisation to represent. You must click ‘Select’ and then ‘Confirm’ to progress to the Services page for the selected organisation.
If no organisations are available to select, you will need to Register an organisation or Request access to an organisation.
If you would like to change who you’re representing in the HPP, you can do so at any time by clicking ‘Home’ in the top left-hand corner which will take you back to the Personalise your session screen.
Hint: When signing in, if you are receiving an error that your email is already in use it could be due to selecting a different organisation in RAM.
When signing in to the HPP, it is important to select the same organisation in RAM as when you first registered. HPP users then set the organisation they wish to represent within the HPP.
