Accessing clinical assessment papers
Navigate to the 'Evaluations' tile to view and complete the clinical assessments.
Once you have completed your Conflicts of Interest with an access granted permission, you can access SharePoint and view the evaluation case and associated lodgement and evaluation documents.
Step 1. View evaluation case details and documents
Navigate to the 'Prescribed List evaluation documents' accordion to access the clinical assessment papers. Prescribed List clinical assessments are now managed via SharePoint. Select 'view papers' and 'Ok' to the pop-up to open the SharePoint site in a new tab. You will be sent a code to your email address and prompted to enter the code prior to gaining access to the SharePoint site.
Each evaluation case will have a folder for you to access the documentation associated with the application (such as any documents provided with the original lodgement from the sponsor). You can view documents in browser, or download according to standard SharePoint functionality.
Note: Documents should no longer be accessed or uploaded to via the evaluation case pages; SharePoint is now the source of document management. For Prescribed List clinical assessments, the evaluation case pages should only be used for Conflicts of Interest declarations.
Step 2. Upload/delete/submit clinical assessment documents
Templates are available for ECAG members to undertake their clinical assessments. Once completed, you should upload the final clinical assessment documents to the SharePoint folder for that evaluation case. You can upload as many documents as required, and amend delete documents within SharePoint as needed.
Once an assessment is completed, please move the evaluation case folder into the 'Completed Assessment' folder. Please advise the Department via correspondence once the clinical assessment has been moved to the completed folder.
I get the 'Access denied' or 'You need permissions to access this site' errors in SharePoint
1. Confirm your Declaration of Interests (DOI) is current. If a DOI is expired, you will lose access to the meeting SharePoint. Please declare a new DOI to re-gain access to the HPP and SharePoint.
2. If the DOI is current and you still receive this error, try accessing the HPP via a private or incognito browser. If you access other SharePoint libraries on your computer, the conflicting logins can cause access issues.
3. If a private or incognito browser does not work, please try clearing cache and cookies on your browser.
If the issue still persists, please email PrescribedList@health.gov.au and HPP.Support@health.gov.au.
I have access to SharePoint, but the evaluation case folders are not there
Please check that all your conflicts of interest (COI) have been declared and are marked with the 'Access granted' symbol. Documents will not be visible whilst COIs are undeclared, access pending, or access denied.
If the issue still persists, please email PrescribedList@health.gov.au and HPP.Support@health.gov.au.
I have access to SharePoint and can see some documents, but no clinical assessment templates are there.
You may have accessed SharePoint via the specific evaluation case page (i.e., where the COIs are added). Please close that tab and go to the 'Evaluations' page and navigate to the 'Prescribed List evaluation documents' accordion instead. Select 'view papers' and 'Ok' to the pop-up to open the SharePoint site in a new tab.
I get the 'You cannot access this right now' error.
You may have accessed SharePoint via an incorrectly provided link and may have been asked to login instead of access a code. Please close that tab and go to the 'Evaluations' page and navigate to the 'Prescribed List evaluation documents' accordion. Select 'view papers' and 'Ok' to the pop-up to open the SharePoint site in a new tab.
