Accessing or registering your evaluation organisation in the HPP for the first time

 

To sign in to the HPP you will need a myID, and your myID needs to be linked to your evaluation organisation in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM). This is a once off activity.

 

Step 1. Set up your myID

 

Step 2. Link your Digital ID to your evaluation organisation using RAM

 

Step 3. Sign in to create your profile in HPP

 

Step 4. Link your HPP account to the Evaluation Organisation

If you are an Expert Clinical Advisory Group (ECAG) member, please see Committee member onboarding to the HPP for the correct onboarding process.

 

 

Troubleshooting
 

See below for some common errors you may face when signing in to the HPP.

If your error is related to myID or RAM access, please note that myID and RAM technology is owned by Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and only used as an authentication gateway for the HPP. If you need assistance. myID and RAM support line can be contacted on 1300 287 539 —myID (Option 2) RAM (Option 3) and technical (Option 4) enquiries. If your error is not explained below, please email HPP Support (HPP.Support@health.gov.au).

 

 

You are not linked to a business that allows access to this service.

 

Unauthorised access: You are not authorised to access this service. Check that you have the correct identity to proceed. 

 

The email address 'XX' is already taken - provide an email address to complete the external account registration.

 

Server Error in '/' Application: Entity Key Email Address Key violated. A record with the same value for Email address already exists.
